This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Feral Blue Designs, operated by Feral Blue LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Shipping Policy and our Terms of Service.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment is successfully received and confirmed.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays
- Processing time is separate from shipping time
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays
As a made-to-order print-on-demand business, certain products may require additional processing time. Any extended timelines will be disclosed at the time of purchase where applicable.
During peak seasons, including but not limited to September through December, holidays, and promotional periods, processing times may be extended.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination
- Carrier rates
- Order size and weight
- Selected shipping method
We utilize third-party carriers, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, and DHL.
We do not guarantee the availability of any specific carrier or shipping method.
3. Estimated Delivery Time (No Guarantee)
All delivery timeframes provided at checkout or in communications are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping timelines may be impacted by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- High shipping volume
- Customs processing
- Service interruptions
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feral Blue LLC is not liable for delays in delivery once an order has been transferred to the carrier.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and coordinating with the carrier as needed.
We are not responsible for failed delivery of shipping notifications due to incorrect email addresses or email filtering.
5. Title & Risk of Loss
All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
Title to and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feral Blue LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, delay, or damage caused by the carrier after transfer.
6. Delivered but Not Received
If tracking information indicates that an order has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, the order shall be considered fulfilled.
Feral Blue LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported as not received.
Customers must contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation and verify delivery details.
We may assist in providing documentation; however, we are not obligated to provide replacements or refunds for orders marked as delivered.
7. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and may arrive in multiple packages at different times.
An order is considered fulfilled once all items have been shipped, regardless of delivery timing.
8. Incorrect Address & Address Changes
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
- We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses
- Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has been placed
- Orders already in production or transit cannot be modified
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for any reshipping fees
9. Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Packages
Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable and returned will be treated as returned shipments.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Reshipping fees will apply for redelivery
If no response is received within 30 days of return, the order may be deemed abandoned and no refund or replacement will be issued.
10. Lost or Damaged Packages
A package will not be considered lost unless confirmed as such by the carrier.
If your order is lost in transit (and not marked as delivered) or arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of the carrier’s recorded delivery date or estimated delivery window.
To process a claim, we may require:
- Photographic evidence of damage
- Images of packaging
- Order and tracking details
Customers agree to cooperate with any carrier investigation or claims process.
We reserve the right to deny claims where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or misuse of this policy.
Where a claim is approved, Feral Blue LLC will determine the appropriate resolution—such as replacement, store credit, or refund—at our sole discretion, acting reasonably and in good faith.
The remedies provided in this section constitute the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy for lost or damaged shipments.
11. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries.
International shipments may be subject to:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT
- Additional fees imposed by the destination country
All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or for shipments that are refused, seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs authorities.
12. Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel shipments to any region, country, or address at our sole discretion.
13. Force Majeure
Feral Blue LLC shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or carrier service interruptions.
14. No Guarantee of Availability
We do not guarantee that shipping services, carriers, or delivery timelines will be available at all times or without interruption.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feral Blue LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to shipping, delivery delays, loss, or delivery issues.
16. Non-Refundable Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
17. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion prior to shipment, including but not limited to suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or operational limitations.
18. Governing Terms & Dispute Resolution
This Shipping Policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Service.
All disputes arising out of or relating to shipping, delivery, loss, or damage of products shall be governed by the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the Terms of Service, including binding arbitration and class action waiver, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
In the event of any conflict between this Shipping Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall control.
