Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from Feral Blue Designs (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Feral Blue LLC.


1. Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

For purposes of this Policy, “delivery” is defined as the date the shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier’s tracking system.

Requests submitted after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted.


2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • Tags attached (if applicable)

  • In original packaging

  • Free of odors (e.g., perfume, smoke), stains, or visible wear

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these standards.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or custom-made products (unless defective or incorrect)

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products or downloads


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photo evidence

At our discretion, we will:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Issue a refund

We reserve the right to determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.


5. How to Initiate a Return

Your request must include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

Returns must be approved before being sent.
Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as:

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

Please note:

  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable


8. Partial Refunds & Denied Returns

We reserve the right to issue partial refunds or deny refunds entirely if:

  • Items are returned in used, worn, or damaged condition

  • Items are missing original packaging or tags

  • The return does not meet eligibility requirements


9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To obtain a different item:

  1. Submit a return request (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order once your return is approved

Inventory is not reserved during this process.


10. Sizing & Product Variations

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using provided size guides.

We are not responsible for returns due to incorrect sizing.

Due to the nature of print-on-demand production:

  • Slight variations in color, placement, or print may occur

  • These are not considered defects


11. Refusal of Service / Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or service in cases of:

  • Suspected fraud or abuse

  • Excessive or abnormal return activity

  • Chargeback misuse

  • Attempts to circumvent this Polic


12. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing from us, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

Failure to do so may result in:

  • Denial of future purchases

  • Additional action to recover disputed funds


13. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card provider
